Early this year I was introduced to an opportunity where buying and selling through a Small Capital Membership allows me to participate in profit sharing on High Margin Asset Acquisitions. This passive opportunity facilitates a percentage of Profit for me as a member and will be creating a consistent monthly income without my having to get involved in sales, management, meetings paperwork or worry! In over 20 years of experience this company has the right connections as well as they will be doing all the buying, selling and heavy lifting. As an investor affiliate, my job is to help fund the projects

This is a physical process of buying, bringing to a warehouse, digitally photographing the images, putting items up for sale, which all takes time. Hey, this business model is not a get rich scheme; in fact, its design is to be an excellent long term financial plan similar to RRSP’s. However, it has the major difference focused on margins, allows for compounding of my investments, as well as provides Eco friendly, sustainable residual income for me as an affiliates and then part of the profit generate are given to the charity I select.

As you know Eco and Green House issues continue to surface in many forms; pollution from fossil fuels, exhaust emissions, items discarded to land fills, waste from manufacturing, etc. I recently was given a link to an interesting video addressing STUFF. I believe you will enjoy watching “What Is the Story of STUFF”.

http://www.storyofstuff.com/

From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20 minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns. The Story of Stuff exposes the connections between a huge number of environmental and social issues, and calls us together to create a more sustainable and just world. It’ll teach you something, it’ll make you laugh, and it just may change the way you look at all the stuff in your life forever.

As serious as the air quality problem is in America, improving the air we breathe isn’t hard at all. It only takes small adjustments to our driving habits to make a huge difference. And once you start practicing these SIMPLE steps, clearing the air will become as second nature as fastening your seatbelt.

SLOW down: The faster you drive, the more fuel you burn, and that means you’re polluting more without going any further. And you’re also paying for it: for every 5 mph you drive over 60 mph, you might as well be paying 20 extra cents per gallon.

IDLE less: If you’re in your vehicle sitting still (as long as you’re not in traffic), turn off your engine. Idling is a major contributor to harmful air pollution. It’s actually more fuel-efficient to restart your vehicle than to idle for 10 seconds or more. Avoid Drive-through windows: walk inside to place your order, pick up your prescription, or make a deposit. Turn your engine off in the school pick-up lane. Kids are exposed to a dangerous toxic cloud of vehicle emissions every time they enter or exit their schools. Ready, Set, and then GO. Fasten seatbelt and get situated before you start your car to reduce the time you spend idling. It’s a common myth that vehicles need to “warm up” before driving—modern engines actually warm up as they’re driven, not as they sit idle.

MAINTAIN your vehicle: A well-maintained vehicle gets better gas mileage and creates less pollution. A routine vehicle tune-up can increase your gas mileage by an average of 4.1 percent, and a new air filter can improve it by up to 10 percent. When you’re burning less fuel, you’re cutting down on emissions, and you save money, too.

PLAN your trips: Plan ahead to combine trips to the same area of town, or make adjustments to accomplish your to-do list closer to home or in fewer stops.

LEAVE your car at home: Carpooling, biking, walking, and public transportation are all excellent ways to reduce vehicle emissions. Switching up your routine even a few days a week can save 1500 pounds of air pollution. If you do drive to work, pack your lunch or walk to a nearby local eatery at the noon hour. Even changing those small trips will add up to cleaner air. About 25% of all of the vehicle trips in the U.S. are under a mile. How many of your trips could be walkable? Sign up for Clean Air Alerts and make sure to give your vehicle a day off on Code Orange air quality days.

EDUCATE friends and family: Become a Clear the Air advocate and help other people change their driving habits to reduce air pollution in America. Convince just one person to take the SIMPLE steps and you’ve doubled your impact—educate your whole family and we’ll all breathe easier.

PROTECT the Environment: There is a registered product with the Environmental Protection Agency that can reduce harmful exhaust emissions by up to 75%. Emissions testing with the use of MPG-CAPS™ have shown reductions of smog producing emissions such as Hydrocarbons, Carbon Monoxide and Nitrogen Oxides. These emissions are harmful to the Earth’s atmosphere and contribute to global warming. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about MPG-CAPS™.

Air Quality is a serious issue for Americans, affecting our health, our landscape, and our economy. In fact, more than half of America residents live in areas where air pollution is a problem, whether they know it or not.

Know your Air Quality Facts:

•	Cars, trucks, and other transportation cause a huge part of the air pollution problem in America. Vehicle emissions make up 31% of the carbon dioxide, 81% of the carbon monoxide, and 49% of the nitrogen oxide in the air we breathe.

•	In a single day, the average person inhales about 3,000 gallons of air.

•	Diesel exhaust contains over 40 substances that are considered dangerous by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

•	When you’re driving in traffic, the pollution isn’t just outside. It comes right back into your car, making the driver’s seat a pretty unhealthy environment.

•	The pollution created by vehicle emissions harms our natural environment and causes long-term damage to vegetation, soil, farms and forests. Air pollution is responsible for a loss of about $500 million per year in crops across the United States.

•	Personal vehicles emit about one pound of pollutants for every mile driven. On average, that’s about 6 tons of pollution produced per vehicle per year!

Pollution and Your Health:

•	Breathing polluted air over time can reduce your life expectancy by 2 to 3 years.
•	The health risks of air pollution include:

o	aggravated allergies
o	heart disease
o	eye and respiratory irritation
o	decreases in lung capacity
o	permanent scarring of the lungs
o	asthma
o	bronchitis
o	premature death

•	Scientists estimate that the number of pollution-influenced deaths in the US can be anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 per year.

Kids and Air Quality:

•	Kids breathe one and a half times more air than adults do per pound of body weight. They’re more active, their bodies are growing and developing, and they naturally breathe deeper and faster.
•	Exposure to poisons in the air is even more dangerous for children, and can cause permanent lung tissue scarring and damage.
•	Kids make up almost half of the cases of asthma in the U.S, a problem caused and exacerbated by poor air quality like America’s.
•	One of the most dangerous sources of air pollution for kids is the before- and after-school pick-up line. Diesel fumes from buses and emissions from idling parent vehicles near the school create heavy clouds of pollution, right at kid-level.

Types of Air Pollution:

•	Nitrogen Oxide: or NOx, describes harmful compounds made up of nitrogen and oxygen. NOx is formed when fuel burns at high temperatures, and mobile sources emit more than half of all NOx in the United States. NOx is one of the components of ground-level ozone, smog, and particulate matter, and it’s a serious health risk.

•	Volatile Organic Compounds: or VOCs, are organic chemical compounds that mix with other airborne pollutants like NOx to create ground-level ozone. VOCs are released into the air when fuel is burned and also when it evaporates—like when you’re refueling your vehicle, especially during the heat of the day.

•	Ozone: Ground-level ozone is not to be confused with atmospheric ozone:

o	The atmospheric ozone layer occurs naturally. It’s a part of the upper atmosphere and it protects us from the sun’s ultraviolet radiation.
o	Ground-level ozone, however, is not so good. It’s a poisonous pollutant and the main ingredient in smog. Ground-level ozone is not naturally occurring—it’s created when NOx and VOCs combine and are heated by the sun. Ground-level ozone can reduce lung functioning in healthy adults by as much as 20 percent.

•	Carbon Monoxide: CO is completely and dangerously undercover: colorless, odorless, and poisonous. Over half of the carbon monoxide emissions in the US are produced by vehicle exhaust, and that number climbs much closer to 100 percent in urban areas. CO is dangerous, interfering with the way oxygen travels in the bloodstream. It can even cause central nervous system damage.

•	Particulate Matter: PM is a term that describes solid and liquid particles suspended in the air. PM 2.5 is less than 2.5 micrometers or smaller in diameter, and is generated by fuel combustion. PM 2.5 is a major health risk: these particles pass through the nose and throat and lodge in the lungs, causing tissue damage, aggravating respiratory problems, and even causing premature death.

It is reported that something like an additional $200 in income under the current economic conditions can prevent the loss of a home or vehicle, job losses and closing are rampant and even the changes retirement brings are all causes that makes one reflect on the blessing we have receive. My work background, a brief summary is given below, spans some fifty years. Retirement and financial matters are pressing and we need to find ways to better manage living expenses. I believe the products and services I am about to share with you, will benefit you financially.

Vehicle owners, weather it is an automobile, motor home, pickup truck, 18 wheeler, bus, boat, agricultural machinery, generator, heavy construction equipment, motorcycles, lawn mower, jet ski or air planes, all share a common concern relate to the high cost of fuel. So I am happy to share an experience that has helped me reduce the per mile driven cost of driving my car. Mid year 2008 I was introduced to a product that was reported to increase miles per gallon between 7% – 14% as well as reduce harmful exhaust emission, the so call greenhouse gasses, by up to 75%.

For the past 11 months I have used this product and have achieved mileage improvements as predicted. A tank of gas, I have an 18 gallon tank in my 2004 Chevy Impala, allowed me to drive 355 miles before using the products descried here. After placing the MPG-CAP in the fuel system I am now seeing just over 400 miles on a tank gas. That’s a 14% improvement. Additionally, that is a noticeable improvement in performance and acceleration.

As you know networking, team building and people skills are critical elements needed to run any corporation, company, small business or even a home based business. Having a service or product that is in demand, coupled with investments that grow, ways to lower operating cost, profits, earnings, rewards or compensation become the critical elements to grow any business.

Diversity related to investments, portfolios and life styles, or not putting all your eggs in one basket so to speak, is important. Established goals and dreams are achieved through hard work and commitment. Opportunities that meet your needs, lower your cost, allow your goals to be achieved and your dreams to come true are the drivers of your objective. It you can help future generations in the process you will leave this world a better place to live. A Chinese Proverb states: ‘When someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share it with others. So, I am doing that…

Wouldn’t it make sense to consider changing life styles by learning to take advantage of the pump vs. letting the pump take advantage of your wallet? How, you ask, by addressing and then beating the high cost of fuel! Then answer these questions: Do you use gas, diesel or ethanol? Do you know anyone who does?

The following press release leads you to a change in life styles.

HOW TO SAVE MONEY AT THE PUMP

Use MPG-CAPS™ As Part of Your Total Car Care Regimen

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL – June 14, 2006 – Everyone is looking to save money on their gasoline spending with the cost of commuting, running errands, or vacationing by car rising sharply with higher gasoline prices. With the summer driving season here, there are some easy things consumers can do that will go a long way in helping their cars run more efficiently and use less gasoline.

Automotive expert and certified mechanic Tom Eaton offers a number of simple car care tips that can ease the pain at the pump and improve vehicle performance:

     • Change the air filter regularly. A dirty filter can lower gas mileage.
• Maintain the recommended level of air pressure in the tires. Drivers can lose two percent of fuel economy for every pound of pressure under the recommended pounds per square inch.
• Drive at 55 mph. Tests have shown that a car driven at 65mph will use 17 % more fuel than one driven at 55 mph.
• Fill up early in the morning. The afternoon sun can heat and expand the gas in the station’s fuel tank so drivers get less for their money.
• Use only the grade octane listed in the owner’s manual. Higher octane gas does not make a difference in the miles per gallon

There are also a wide range of fuel economy products that have flooded the market since gas prices started to skyrocket… everything from magnets to gas pills to filter devices.

“Most of these products simply don’t work. The only product that I have found effective is MPG-CAP™ marketed by Forever Freedom International,” cautions Mr. Eaton. “I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, but I’ve used MPG-CAPs and have seen how they not only significantly reduce emissions, but also improve gas mileage and even reduce knocks and pings in the engine when used properly.”

MPG-CAPs are an organic engine conditioner that improves an engine’s internal combustion process, providing lower emissions, better gas mileage, and better fuel economy. For best results, two MPG-CAPs should be used for the first two tanks of gas (for vehicles with 12-22 gallon tanks) which allows the micro-thin coating to develop. After that one tablet is used to maintain the full benefits of the product. MPG-CAPs are available for $2 per caplet through local distributors.

Accept a free sample on me… you only pay $3.47 postage! Yes, I have a source willing to provide samples. Yes, I am a distributor so I am able to purchase the caplets. At the present time I regularly use this engine conditioner that serves as a fuel catalyst in the combustion chambers of my 2004 Chevy Impala.

About Forever Freedom International

Based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, Forever Freedom International (FFI) is a four year old global company operating in over 220 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Croatia. Operations are run by independent distributors located throughout the world, with a global network of over 220,000 distributors. For more information, visit www.jwawin.myffi.biz , call 662-890-4335 or send and email to mailto:fivepc@mail2jerry.com?Subject=More_Info_FFI

================= Here’s a little about my back ground =================

My work experience spans three career directions. Eight years in the military gave me a solid base in electronics where I functioned as a repair technician and instructor. My military electronic background opened doors for me in manufacturing repair and maintenance, production supervision and production management. Early in my almost 30 years of manufacturing experiences, I completed college and was privileged to be a Plant Manager the last few years that I worked for an employer.

Being caught up in a down turned economy and business cycle in the mid 1990s, down sizing ended my successful manufacturing career. Facing with a third career change, I became a small business owner. This allowed me to develop my networking skills as well as computer skills; which, by the way, are still limited.

Today, as a retired person, the wife and I continue to be blessed daily and have enjoyed each others company, having been the best of friends for over fifty years.

When companies go into business their mission is to build a large and successful business with as much profit as legally possible, which is good. Most of the time employees that build that company and or its customers that support that company go unappreciated, that is bad. The United States today is going through the worst economic time since the Great Depression. People are losing their jobs, homes, cars and divorces are at an all time high with no end in sight. Statistics say that as little as $200 EXTRA in a household per month would save most homes from foreclosure. Yes, we must make a profit to stay in business. But, wouldn’t it be great to find a company where their mission is to help one person commute to their J. O. B. for less, help pay off one Credit Card, help keep one Car from being repossessed, help stop one Home from being foreclosed, help save one Marriage.

Are there companies out there with the “mission’ to help ease the financial burden that family’s are under with high fuel cost in these hard economic time. This type company has to believe if can help ease the stress in just one household, their mission is a success.

Using unique business models to save on fuel cost or to increase gas mileage would be a novel approach that all drivers would welcome. How about increasing fuel mileage between 7 – 14 %, finding a rebate opportunity that allows you to save between 33 – 58% on the cost of fuel, or even eliminating the cost of fuel for you and your family or business.

A product that improves performance, is earth friendly, as well as increases fuel economy that would go a long way toward achieving what Senator Joseph Lieberman stated several years ago. “If we can get 3 miles more per gallon from our cars, we’ll save 1 million barrels of oil a day, which is exactly what the (Arctic National Wildlife) Refuge, at its best, in Alaska would produce. We have to… encourage people to conserve and be efficient.”

Saving fuel, saving money and saving the planet by going GREEN through improved fuel economy, increased power, reduced carbon buildup as well as reduction of harmful emissions from our vehicles is a lofty goal. But, it can be achieve as we educate ourselves and become environmentally conscious believing that the right people with the right product, can make a global difference

Finding a chance to help yourself and your family, to help others, and even to leave the earth a little better for the next generation must be paramount. Lets all take the chance to make a difference and become part of something bigger than each of us. Don’t wait. Chances like this don’t come around every day!

Today you could have the rare opportunity to Change Your Life! How? By “Make this another Blessed Day” if you are interested in ways to increase fuel mileage as well as save on all your fuel purchases?

I tried to climb the mountain today. As I inched my way up the path, I felt overwhelmed, so I had to turn back.

I tried to climb the mountain today. On my journey, darkness started to fall, and I was full of fear, so I had to return to a safe place.

I was ready to climb the mountain today. But it was so hot outside, I thought I better stay in my nice air-conditioned house and rest up for tomorrow’s attempt.

I was about to climb the mountain today. But I had so many other things to do, so instead of climbing the mountain I took care of much more important tasks. I washed my car, mowed the grass and watched the big game. Today the mountain will just have to wait.

I was going to climb the mountain today. But as I stared at the mountain in its’ majestic beauty, I knew I stood no chance of making it to the top, so I figured why even bother trying.

I have forgotten about climbing the mountain today; until a friend came by and asked me what I was up to lately. I told him I was thinking about climbing that mountain some day. I went on and on about how I was going to accomplish this task.

Finally, he said, “I just got back from climbing the mountain. For the longest time I told myself I was trying to climb the mountain but never made any progress. I almost let the dream of making it to the top die. I came up with every excuse of why I could not make it up the mountain, but never once did I give myself a reason why I could. One day as I stared at the mountain and pondered, I realized that if I didn’t make an attempt at this dream all my dreams will eventually die.”

“The next morning, I started my climb.” He continued, “It was not easy, and at times I wanted to quit. But no matter what I faced, I placed one foot in front of the other, keeping a steady pace. When the wind tried to blow me over the edge, I kept walking. When the voices inside my head screamed “STOP”, I focused on my goal never letting it out of sight, and I kept moving forward. At times, I was ready to quit, but I knew I had come too far. Time and time again, I reassured myself that I was going to finish this journey. I struggled to make it to the top, but I climbed the mountain!”

“I have to be going,” my friend said. “Tomorrow is a new day to accomplish more dreams. By the way, what are you going to do tomorrow?”

I looked at him, with intensity and confidence in my eyes, and said, “I have a mountain to climb.”

There once was a farmer who grew award-winning corn. Each year he entered his corn in the state fair where it won a blue ribbon.

One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors.

“How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?” the reporter asked.

“Why sir,” said the farmer, “didn’t you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbors grow inferior corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn.”

He is very much aware of the connectedness of life. His corn cannot improve unless his neighbor’s corn also improves.

So it is with our lives. Those who choose to live in peace must help their neighbors to live in peace. Those who choose to live well must help others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others to find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all.

The lesson for each of us is this: if we are to grow good corn, we must help our neighbors grow good corn.

Lets be good neighbors by working together by sharing! Email me if interested here!

It is possible to give away and become richer! It is also possible to hold on too tightly and lose everything. Yes, the liberal man shall be rich! By watering others, he waters himself.

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!

This will not be a very long article, as the Secret to MLM Success in not a long secret.

Many people think that to succeed in network Marketing, you need to have the ultimate this, and the ultimate that. You need an internet MLM prospecting system. You need the latest MLM training CDs. You need the latest MLM training book and tools and websites. You need to attend every seminar. You need to latest DVD. The Latest CD. You need everything that is coming out, as you are supposed to be learning and being educated.

Nothing wrong with any of that, as we sell them as well as a company, but they are NOT THE Secret to Network Marketing Success!

Not even close.

A speaker was recently blessed to do a meeting in Florida, and was talking about recruiting in network marketing. Someone asked a great question.

“What is THE secret to Networking? Everyone seems to have a different twist, and a different secret. My upline tells me one thing, and my sponsor tells me another. I go on training calls, and I hear something else. I listen to generic training CDs and hear something else. It is all so confusing HELP!!”

The presenter was quite at a loss of words.

I really did not know what to say to that. But God always seems to come through at the right time, and I started answering her question without realizing it.

All the speaker said was…

“Everything you learn can help you, and all the trainers, upline and sponsors you can learn from. You may even learn something today from what we are training on. But understand if there is ONE secret to success in this business it is this:

“Hold a conversation with people about THEM, what THEY want in life, what Their dreams are and then show them a SOLUTION that will transform their life. This is call becoming a ‘Transformation Specialist.’ DO NOT sell them anything. DO NOT recruit them. Simply keep the conversation spotlight on them. Do not talk about you but talk about them, and then show them how your business can CATALYZE that Transformation they are seeking in their life. Let them know that your business is not for everyone, but if it is for them, you do not want them to miss it. Do not pressure, but instead REASSURE them. Reassure them that their life can be more than they every thought it could be. And then show them the Success path that is ‘Transforming your life.”

You are not there to sell them something or recruit them. Those transactions are the FRUIT of a Transforming conversation.

INFERNO secret:

If you are focused more on creating a Transformation in a person than a transaction, then your transactions will multiply.

Most distributors are totally focused on creating a transaction that will create a paycheck for them. Focus on transforming the prospect’s paycheck and your paycheck will automatically be transformed in the process.

In simple words:

Hold a Transforming conversation to create a Transaction in Network Marketing. That is it. Every conversation and telephone call in MLM are potential Transformation Events. And this is a Higher Realm of working Network Marketing.

Different!!

Yes.

The Truth of what it takes to succeed in MLM?

Absolutely!!

Become a Transformation Specialist is Network Marketing. You will not only transform other’s lives, but also your own in MLM and Network Marketing.
